Recognizing that many organizations serve BIPOC/ALAANA (Black Indigenous People of Color/African, Latine, Asian, Arab, and Native American) individuals and families with children from prenatal to five years old, the needs and priorities for these folx are articulated and framed through the perspectives of organizational leaders who are not BIPOC/ALAANA. Our collective seeks to center the lived experiences and voices of BIPOC/ALAANA individuals to uplift the power of BIPOC/ALAANA communities and BIPOC/ALAANA-led organizations that serve them to shift power dynamics that allow our communities to thrive.
